Originally from Illinois, I've lived in the Battle Creek area and worked at Kellogg Community College since 2000.  In high school and college I enjoyed the working as a peer ear, on the student newspaper, the student judicial board, playing music and acting in a several theater productions. 

Throughout my life, I've always been drawn to authenticity and continuous improvement. I've studied community college research and leadership where I've enjoyed working for the past 18 years.
